Enhance Rehabilitation is now hiring a Director of Rehab to oversee rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations!Enhance Rehabilitation is dedicated to providing quality rehabilitation services to our patients. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Director of Rehab, you will be part of a growing team providing the highest quality care for patients in a SNF setting. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful operations of your assigned location(s) - ensuring the highest standard of rehabilitation services is delivered in the most efficient manner while obtaining the best possible outcomes for our patients.Primary Job Responsibilities:Manage a team of therapists and assistants (including Enhance staff and contract labor)Effectively communicate with the management team including other Directors and Regional managersEnsure the standard of clinical services delivered to ensure adherence to evidence-based care delivery standards and regulatory complianceOversee clinical management of the rehab department, including oversight related to case management, quality improvement, care planning, and positive outcomesResponsible for the hiring, orientation, development, and support of all staff and contract laborProvide excellent customer service to the customer (location) team, develop reports, and implement programs appropriate for the patient populationProvide excellent customer service to our clients and families
