Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the company.DescriptionAs the Director of Feasibility Strategy within the Innovative Health Engagement and Advocacy (IHE&A) organization, your role will be pivotal in shaping our trial feasibility strategies, including feasibility platforms roadmap. You will collaborate closely with Delivery Unit (DU) stakeholders and other important functions across the organization, including Data Science & Digital Health (DSDH), to drive a data-driven approach to our work, including site segmentation and site tiering.Primary Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with all relevant functions who contribute to the Feasibility framework.Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to design strategies aligned with the priorities of the DUs.Develop tailored engagement approaches and tools to optimize the efficiency of the Feasibility process.Conduct comprehensive analysis and evaluation of functions within JJIM to enhance the process.Provide dynamic leadership to a team of professionals, guiding their development and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in scientific or healthcare discipline or relevant field required; PharmD, MS, MD or PhD preferred.Required:Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in site feasibility process within pharmaceutical R&D.Strong analytical skills and ability to utilize data to inform feasibility assessments.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.Strong leadership acumen, with experience in managing teams.Ability to thrive in a complex and rapidly changing environment.Preferred:2 years of people management experience.Travel:

Up to 10% travel – Domestic & International.Compensation and Benefits:The anticipated base pay range for this position is $142,000 to $244,950.
