While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all the qualifications but have sufficient experience and talent.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Create low-level design documents for enterprise class structure, data model and data classes based on the signed off system requirementResponsible for design and development of overall solution including re-usable classes and frameworks, component design, UI design providing scalable and resilient solution that meets functional and non-functional requirementsProvides architecture and design guidance to project teamsProvides thought-leadership to business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirementsCollaborate with Business Analysts, existing application teams, solution architects to arrive at design and integrationProposes comprehensive solutions based on business and technical requirements specificationsPerform Code reviews for a team of 5 or greaterEnsure development teams deliverables are aligned to the overall solution designLeads and mentors CSSA and CSA team membersSUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Performs additional duties as directed.QualificationsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldMust be Pega Lead System Architect in 8.x certifiedStrong understanding of Pega methodologiesExposure to Pega Mobile FrameworkMore than 6-8 years of experience in developing and implementing Pega solutions including enterprise scale solutionsAbility to define and enforce best practices in PEGA architecture/design/coding.Experience with various Cloud platforms and technologies.Implemented PEGA integration services using REST, SOAP services.Perform regular code, and design reviewsExperience working with multiple project methodologies, including agile, scrum and waterfallKnowledgeable in Estimation, Performance Tuning and Deployment process specific to the Pega productGood Understanding to Pega Robotics framework and Pega MobileExperience in working on various rules and features like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors etc.Implement best practices in PEGA architecture/design/codingExperience leading a team of 5+If you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
