Strong interpersonal skills, excellent academic record, and the ability to work independently with clients and colleagues are essential for this role.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis related to energy mineral title and division order practice.Draft and review legal documents, including title opinions, leases, contracts, and agreements.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients in the energy sector.Interact with clients and legal teams to address their needs and concerns.Assist in negotiations and settlements.Maintain accurate and organized case files and records.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.0-5 years of experience in energy mineral title and division order practice.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and legal teams.Excellent academic record.Outstanding writing and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Any relevant certifications in energy law or mineral title practice (preferred).Skills:Legal research and analysis.Drafting and reviewing legal documents.Client communication and interaction.Organization and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
