Associate Attorney

Boutique business litigation firm focused on serving the construction industry is looking for a 4-11 year associate attorney to work in their litigation department. The candidate will be managing their own caseload, preparing and responding to pleadings and motions, preparing and responding to discovery, researching legal issues, and handling hearings.They are looking for an attorney that can handle case matters with minor supervision. Previous civil litigation experience is required, along with great tech skills. Previous construction experience is helpful but not required. Great work atmosphere and lots of room to grow skills.
