Senior Sales Manager, North America

to join our growing Automotive Team in Detroit, MI.In this role, you will report to the

Director of Sales, NA

and be responsible for multiple OEM’s & Tier 1’s in the North American Sales organization, strengthening existing customer relationships as well as cultivating new partnerships in order to grow the business.What you will be doing?Identify business opportunities with your customers to drive the organization’s sales growth for the NA market for all automotive product groups.Develop and maintain relationships with existing and establishing new key customers.Generate a 5-year forecast and ensure accurate demand planning for your account.Ensure growth of strategic product groups, generating new business opportunities, managing your team member to ensure timely and competitive quoting.Align account strategy to ensure profitable and competitive business awards.Communicate efficiently, balancing commercial and engineering interests.We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager with:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent experience.Min 5 years experience in Automotive Industry, showing a track record proving significant program acquisitions (sales experience required).Ability to promote new products with today’s customers as well as existing products with new customers, anticipating market trends.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.International mindset, to ensure the best communication with NA customers having a global footprint and with the L&P global team.Reasons you’ll love it here:
