Create well-drafted pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and ordersSkillfully argue on behalf of clients in hearings and trials involving custody, support, and property issuesSolve and prevent client legal problemsServe, answer, and compel discoveryAttend mediation sessionsNegotiate with opposing counselAssist in handling all aspects of family law cases from initial pleadings to discovery, mediation, temporary hearings, trial, final order, post-judgmentRequirements:
Juris DoctorateLicense to Practice Law in the State of TexasFamily Law Experience is preferredLegal Clinic Experience preferred0-3 years of experienceSkills:
