The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Conducting exposure analysis by utilizing advanced Excel formulas.Supporting litigation cases with a strong focus on class action and PAGA claims.Being highly organized and proactive in reminding attorneys of upcoming deadlines, preparing them for court appearances, mediations, and meetings, and following up on tentative court rulings prior to hearing dates.Skills RequiredParalegal or legal secretarial experience. Strong Excel experience with the ability to build formulas. Strong math skills. Highly organized. Litigation experience.Skills PreferredExperience working on Class Action and PAGA claims is a plus. Paralegal Certificate is a plus. Experience e-Filing, calendaring, scheduling, depositions, and building discovery shells for litigation.
