Municipal Attorney

A law firm in Sacramento is seeking a Municipal Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in general municipal law. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest and significant experience in Open government (Brown Act, Conflicts of Interest, Public Records Act) and a potential focus on construction and other contracting matters. Strong writing and oral skills are essential for this role.Responsibilities:Preferably have significant experience in Open government (Brown Act, Conflicts of Interest, Public Records Act).Genuine interest in construction and other contracting matters would be a real plus.Strong writing skills for legal documents and communications.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in general municipal law.Interest in working on both transactional and litigation matters.Skills:Significant experience in Open government (Brown Act, Conflicts of Interest, Public Records Act).Genuine interest in construction and contracting matters.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the California State Bar.
