Nashua Community College is seeking qualified individuals who are interested in adjunct teaching at the College on a course-by-course basis; strong academic background is required. Adjunct appointments are temporary, for a specified contract period and may require in classroom or online instruction.We have a need for an on-site instructor for the Spring 2023 semester course in our Aviation Technology Program:AVTN103: Airframe Structures II (Day courses: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings)AVTN104: Materials and Process (Day courses: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings)AVTN 106: Aviation Electronics (Day courses: Friday mornings)Minimum Qualifications:Education:

Associate’s degree from a regionally accredited college or technical school with major study in aviation technology, education, business administration, engineering, or a related field.Experience:

Six (6) years of teaching experience in the aviation technology field or six (6) years of business or industry experience directly related to the field of aviation technology.License/Certification:

Valid driver's license;

F.A.A. Airframe and PowerplantPreferred Qualifications/Certifications:

Inspection Authorization; Designated Mechanic Examiner; Mechanic Private Pilot Single Engine Land.The salary range for this position is $699 - $862 per contact hour for the Spring 2023 semester.
