The physical requirements for this position include regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with repetitive motion (such as typing); walking including pushing, pulling, and/or lifting up to 10lbs and occasional pushing, pulling, and/or lifting objects up to 50lbs. The conditions of work may involve regular exposure to loud noises, intermittent exposure to blood borne/airborne pathogens and combative/violent people, and occasional exposure to cuts and punctures.Shift:

This position is on a per session pay basis. 6 total clinics a year.Job Summary:

The University of Kentucky is seeking a faculty member to provide General Pediatric Dermatology services at the General Pediatric Primary Care at Maxwell Clinic and the department of Pediatrics. This position will be responsible for providing clinical services in the clinics. In addition, this position will provide teaching services with resident training. The faculty member will also collaborate with care reports, as well as participate in professional development activities such as regional, state, and national meetings. The Kentucky Children’s Hospital has Eastern and Central Kentucky’s only Level I pediatric trauma center, Level IV newborn (neonatal) intensive care unit and pediatric intensive care unit. In addition, this facility houses more than 30 advanced sub-specialty programs, such as pediatric oncology and pediatric surgery. To apply, please include a CV along with application.
