They will utilize legal knowledge and experience to facilitate the foreclosure process on behalf of our clients.Duties & Responsibilities:Preparation, review, and approval of foreclosure related pleadings.Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters including contested foreclosures.Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, in-person hearings.Regular client meetings/updates.Other duties and special projects as assigned.Position Requirements:Juris Doctorate.Member in good standing of the _____Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload.Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
