They will work collaboratively in a team setting under seasoned litigators, utilizing their excellent communication skills and legal expertise to represent clients successfully.Duties:Handle a diverse caseload involving toxic torts, product liability, personal injury, and complex litigation matters.Engage in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, mediation, motions practice, and trial preparation.Conduct thorough legal research and investigation to support case strategies.Analyze scientific and technical issues relevant to toxic tort cases.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related materials.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.Work collaboratively within a team environment under the guidance of experienced litigators.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.Requirements:J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility to seek admission without examination.2-5 years of previous law firm experience focusing on toxic torts, product liability, personal injury, or complex litigation matters.Proficiency in pre-trial discovery processes and procedures.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.Education & Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility to seek admission without examination.Skills:Legal research and writing.Case management and organization.Oral advocacy and negotiation.Scientific and technical analysis.Team collaboration and communication.Attention to detail and accuracy.
