We are committed to employee growth and development, allowing employees to build a long term career at BAE Systems.BAE Systems, within the Tactical Aircraft Electronic Warfare Solutions (TacAir) Product Line, is looking for a motivated professional to join our Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) Contracts Organization and support our F-15 Eagle Passive Active Warning Survivability System (EPAWSS) program as well as other US pursuits. The successful candidate would gain experience on a complex, critical, large-scale production program that will be working concurrently with multiple Engineering/Requirements Change Proposals (RCPs/ECPs) and program pursuits.BASIC FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:To perform the coordination and management of moderately complex proposals, contracts and purchase orders under minimal supervision from the TacAir F-15 Domestic/International Sr. Contracts Manager. The individual is expected to continue to build the basic knowledge, skills and experience required for effective contract management, including negotiations and regular communication with customers and management.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain and demonstrate a working understanding of the U.S. government acquisition and procurement environment, the BAE Systems Contracts function and relevant Company policies and procedures.Leads assigned proposal activities including analyzing the solicitation, preparing summaries based on the analysis, and preparing proposal documents for submission to the customer.Leads moderately complex negotiations and uses appropriate tools and techniques to negotiate with and influence stakeholders.Actively participate and contribute to the implementation of new business methods and contracting concepts.Perform all aspects of assigned contract processing including accuracy of order entry data, contract funding, and legal requirements.Compile and maintain all required contractual records and documents in accordance with contract requirements and company policies.Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the customer for all contractual matters on assigned contracts and projects.Performs other duties as required.Required Education, Experience, & Skills:Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experienceRequired skills:FAR/DFAR knowledge and experienceExperience with agreements other than contracts (ex. NDAs, bailment agreements, etc.)Proven strong written and verbal skillsProven ability to work effectively both independently and as a team memberUS DoD Clearance SECRET or eligiblePay Information:Full-Time Salary Range: $78760 - $133870Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
