Represent clients in labor and employment-related litigation matters.Manage e-discovery processes and ensure compliance with relevant laws.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on labor and employment issues.Engage in collective bargaining negotiations.Stay current with developments in labor and employment law.Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in labor and employment law, including litigation.Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-approved law school.An active member in good standing of the Ohio Bar.Licensure in Kentucky and/or Indiana is a plus.Strong technical skills to handle e-discovery and legal research effectively.Demonstrated excellent track record in labor and employment legal practice.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-approved law school.Certifications:
An active member in good standing of the Ohio Bar.Skills:
Proficiency in labor and employment law, including litigation.Strong legal research and analysis skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills for collective bargaining.Ability to provide sound legal advice and counsel to clients.Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and client representation.
