JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position offers a dynamic opportunity to advance in the dental sales industry and develop into a skilled professional salesperson. You will play a pivotal role in supporting territory representatives and branch managers, gaining comprehensive knowledge of Hiossen and the intricacies of dental sales. Here’s what this role entails:

Collaborate closely with seasoned Territory Representatives and Branch Managers throughout the sales process, gaining invaluable hands-on experienceEngage in daily visits to dental offices, fostering meaningful relationships with new clients and establishing trust within the dental communityParticipate in both basic, advanced, and final training and successfully master the product informationContribute actively to sales efforts by delivering detailed product information, conducting demonstrations, and providing ongoing support to potential and existing customersWork alongside motivated and like-minded individuals, collectively striving to meet the evolving demands of our expanding businessUpon successful completion of training and OJT, you will be promoted to a Territory Representative (TR) with your own territory.JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1 year of outside sales experience or 2-3 years of dental field experienceGraduates of Medical Sales College can be considered as having equivalent experience to 1 year of outside salesMust have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Must have the ability to travel within your assigned territory.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Prolonged periods of sitting, walking, and standing at customer’s office and other meeting locations.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Must be able to drive.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
