Residential Overnight Counselor

NFI North, Finson Road Residential Care Facility located in Bangor, Maine is seeking an Awake Overnight Counselor. This is a full-time position with a schedule from 10:00pm - 7:30am, Wednesday thru Saturday. We are generally a long-term placement for geriatric participants with different life challenges. Our participants require support, encouragement, and in some situations physical assistance to remain autonomous and as independent as possible.A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent experience is also acceptable. It is important for candidates to have the ability to recognize each of our participant’s uniqueness, with their own needs and desires.
