Workers’ Comp Attorney
to join their team in Sacramento, CA. This firm represents the rights of wronged employees throughout California. We pursue class actions, PAGA cases, Wage and Hour, FEHA violations, Discrimination, and Harassment cases.In this position, your responsibilities include communicating with relevant parties involved in a case, obtaining, preparing, and filing legal documents, and performing research relevant to each request for workers' compensation. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of a case, from pre-litigation to discovery, deposition, trial, or settlement. This firm has an excellent team of support staff that will help you along the way. Our firm closely monitors caseloads so that no attorney is overworked.Qualifications
Experience: At least two (2) years’ experience in Workers’ CompensationAbility to manage a high volume of cases and hearingsExcellent written/verbal communication skills with attention to detailExcellent hands-on computer skillsStrong research and analytical skillsAbility to multi-task and utilize critical thinking skillsBenefits
