Associate Attorney - Worker's Comp Litigation - WFH optionalFirm Location: Cherry Hill, NJ (2 days in office PER MONTH for company paid luncheons)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Commensurate with experienceBonus: Annual bonuses and incentives based on performanceBenefits:Full benefits package with medical, vision, dental, 401(k), referral program and origination bonuses for new clients. The firm has automatic enrollment in the 401k plan starting at 4% deferral (payroll deduction). The firm matches 25% of the deferral, up to 6% deferral. There is no waiting period but it takes Fidelity approximately 30 days to process a new hire, once I enter that person into the system. Also, once they are in the system, they can change their deferral percentage and can also select Roth by going into their newly created account. For Health insurance, new employees are eligible to enroll on the first day of the month after 30 days of employment.Job Description:Our client is a national, multi-office firm seeking a skilled and experienced Worker's Comp Attorney to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload of worker's comp matters, represent clients in litigation proceedings, and collaborate with a team of talented attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services. Expertise in defending employers, carriers and third party administrators and litigation and pre-litigation counsel.Litigation Representation:

Represent clients in workers' compensation disputes, including conducting trials, depositions, and pre-trial hearings.Case Preparation:

Prepare for litigation by gathering evidence, drafting legal documents, and developing case strategies.Client Advocacy:

Advocate on behalf of clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments effectively to achieve favorable outcomes.Legal Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough legal research on workers' compensation laws, case precedents, and relevant regulations to support litigation strategies.Documentation and Filing:

Draft, file, and manage legal pleadings, motions, and briefs in accordance with legal standards and deadlines.Negotiations:

Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies, aiming to resolve disputes efficiently and favorably for clients.Client Communication:

Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case status, advising on legal options, and addressing any concerns.Case Management:

Manage a caseload of litigation-focused workers' compensation cases, ensuring timely progress and resolution.Compliance:
