The candidate will be:Drafting and negotiating software and SaaS licenses;Drafting and negotiating software development and joint development agreements;Drafting and negotiating pharmaceutical and biotech licenses;Drafting and negotiating pharmaceutical and biotech development, manufacturing, and commercialization agreements.USPTO admission is strongly preferred. An undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science is also preferred.
