IP Licensing Attorney

Charlotte office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an IP licensing attorney with 10+ years of intellectual property licensing and technology agreements experience. The candidate will be responsible for:Drafting and negotiating software and SaaS licenses;Drafting and negotiating software development and joint development agreements;Drafting and negotiating pharmaceutical and biotech licenses;Drafting and negotiating pharmaceutical and biotech development, manufacturing, and commercialization agreements.Experience in drafting and negotiating the full range of patent and/or software licensing agreements is required. USPTO admission is strongly preferred. An undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science is preferred.
