Associate Attorney

Austin office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney. The candidate will work directly with the cases and gain substantial experience in litigation. Meet with clients in the office or remotely to advise on the case and prepare case strategies. Prepare legal documents such as declarations, legal pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and orders. Prepare and review immigration forms and supporting documents based on the client's needs. Help solve legal problems for clients by analyzing the situation, understanding their needs, and creating a strategic plan of action. Divide marital assets, including real estate, when necessary during divorce proceedings. Communicate with the senior partner, associate attorneys, and paralegals to effectively move through the civil litigation and immigration process. Attend court proceedings as needed to represent clients. Organize and maintain client files to ensure they are kept current. Must be an active member in good standing of the Texas Bar. Must speak, read and write in Spanish at a native or advanced level.
