If you answered a resounding “yes,” then read on!A top player in the retail and e-commerce space is looking for someone to build the customer experience and strategy across every brand touchpoint. You’ll work with stakeholders to develop a strong understanding of customers’ needs and the company’s strategy in order to influence the development of the brand’s technology. You’ll champion solutions that deliver value for the enterprise and maintain the broader roadmap across the digital, stores and technology product management teams. You’ll be the key technology strategist for the company’s enterprise product and technology partners, and you’ll leverage the expertise of the company’s SMEs to drive engagement and alignment and to ensure quick and effective decision-making. This is a brand-new role and a huge opportunity for the right person!Why You?How you’ll know if you’re a fit…You have a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience leading teams in retail and/or e-commerce; experience working with product management teams leveraging agile ceremonies is great. This role requires candidates with experience from online retailers with comprehensive digital e-commerce and a sizable physical store footprint that are focused on innovating and transforming end-to-end omni experiences (i.e., you can’t ONLY have e-commerce experience!). You think as a customer, anticipate new customer needs, and further develop the range of services to the mutual benefit of the company and the customer.
