Due to their rapid growth in scale and success, they’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager, Logistics Strategy with experience in front- and back-end systems. The assignment is to lead strategy and execution for the return of items purchased online, providing a seamless and satisfying experience for the customer, while being super smart about the best logistical options.You will lead the product vision, product roadmap, business cases, product design, technical development, launch, and ongoing optimization. In short, you will have an omnichannel lens on how people can return items – whether it be a mattress or a pair of jeans – in a seamless way. You’ll partner and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the company to evolve the digital strategy based on key business drivers. It’s a big advantage if you’ve worked for a top e-commerce company, SaaS provider, or digital agency.You have experience leading both front-end and back-end product deliverables and an interest in supply chain and logistics.
