Looking for a chance to help an expanding medical center move to the next level of Neurosurgery services.We are seeking a solid, existing referral base of 130 providers in a highly successful Multi Specialty Group.Are you looking for a community with a strong economy, great lifestyle, and bright future? If so, please consider:MEDICAL CENTER , a full-service community hospital serving more than 250,000 people throughout northeast Texas, is nearing the end of a major expansion that will:add 100 beds (to a new total of 230)double its OR capacity (to 16 rooms)add 175,000 square feet of space and remodel every patient room in the facilityThe hospital is completing construction on a brand new OR Brain Lab (completion slated for this upcoming Summer). They are receiving/installing a Brain Lab neuro package (already set up for spine). The hospital boasts a high-quality Leica microscope.Meanwhile, the Hospital's ED volume continues to grow rapidly, including a significant amount of trauma. Currently a Level III Trauma Center, the city is moving toward Level II designation, which requires enhanced Neurosurgery services!We're looking for someone to join us in creating/upgrading our Neurosurgery services as we complete this exciting expansion project. This is a great opportunity to help guide and build a strong NS program. High energy, a can-do attitude, and great clinical skills are required. BC/BE. Heads a must.One of the largest communities in northeast TX is home to about 80,000 residents (with 250,000+ in the medical service area). Located in the beautiful pine forests of East Texas, the city is conveniently located on I-20, just 2 hours from all that the Dallas/Ft.
