The ideal candidate should bring significant relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a portable business to contribute to the firm's success.Duties:Lead and manage complex commercial litigation cases and related strategic disputes.Provide strategic legal advice to clients and guide them through legal proceedings.Oversee all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motions, and trials.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.Requirements:Proven experience as a litigator with a focus on complex commercial litigation.Demonstrated success in managing high-stakes legal matters and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client communication and courtroom presentation.Portable business, demonstrating a strong client following and the ability to generate revenue.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.Skills:In-depth knowledge of commercial litigation laws and procedures.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional negotiation and advocacy skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and lead a legal practice.Proficiency in legal research and writing.
