As a Hardware Engineer, you will be a part of the team working on the development of advanced Customer Terminal products. You will own or contribute to the following:Design high-speed digital and/or RF circuitry in collaboration with various teamsDesign and optimization of different blocks of electronics sub-systemsSchematic capture and lead PCB layoutDesign DC/DC power supply and Point of LoadSupport flow-down requirement definitions and generate test plans/proceduresBoard bring-up and perform test campaigns of modules and subsystemsSupport design of automated test systems, test fixtures and factory testSupport the transition of the designs to mass productionA day in the life

As a Hardware Development Engineer on the Antenna Team, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most innovative, challenging, and exciting phased array projects in industry right now. You will engage with an experienced team to conceive and design terminals aimed at delighting customers with affordable, reliable, high bandwidth connectivity. You will work closely with Project Kuiper’s various sub-teams and engage third party suppliers to drive product definition, design, optimization, implementation, and test. - 2+ years of hardware design and validation of components, subsystems and systems experience- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics or equivalentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations- Experience with hardware/software integration and real-time systemsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
