We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Sales Manager to lead and oversee the ADLINK product line with customizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and support of customization projects and programs, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and customer needs. The Product Sales Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to deliver high-quality products and services.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Initiation:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget estimates.Identify and assess project risks, and develop mitigation strategies.Coordinate with cross-functional project teams such as Sales, Product Sales Manager, Solution Architect, and Product Development team to prepare the Statement of Work (SOW) for the project.Project Execution:

Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication of project goals, responsibilities, and expectations.Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet project objectives.Manage project changes and ensure that project goals remain aligned with business objectives.Resource Management:

Manage resources to ensure project success.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary resources and support.Budget and Cost Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that project expenses are tracked and controlled.Provide regular project cost and gross margin reports and updates to stakeholders.Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:

Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing project updates and addressing concerns.Prepare and present project status reports, including progress, risks, and issues.Quality Assurance:

Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with project objectives.Implement quality control processes and conduct regular reviews of project outputs.Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks and develop risk management plans.Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.Project Closure:

Ensure that all project deliverables are completed and approved by stakeholders.Conduct project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement.Prepare and distribute final project reports and documentation.Experience, Skills, and AttributesBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in the embedded computing, edge visualization, or technology industry.Proven track record of successfully managing complex product development programs.Preferred Skills:Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet).Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
