Job Description - Endocrinology- Assistant Professor (240000006Z)The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Department of Medicine, Division of Endocrinology in Memphis, TN is seeking candidates for a full-time, Assistant Professor position. This is a non-tenure track position.This position will teach medical students, residents, and fellows.Basic Qualifications:Qualified applicants must have an MD degree, be eligible for Tennessee licensure, and be board certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology.Departmental Preferences:This position will be 90% patient care with training Endocrinology fellows, and 10% of teaching & research.Applicants should have a demonstrated commitment to and knowledge of equal employment opportunity and affirmative action.THE UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE HEALTH SCIENCE CENTERThe University of Tennessee Health Science Center is the flagship statewide, public, academic health institution in Tennessee.
