IGH has a national and international program staff and a corporate headquarters located in Springfield, Virginia.Job DescriptionInteractive Government Holdings (IGH) is seeking qualified, trained and capable individuals to serve as a Regional Lead – National Guard Recruit Sustainment Program. The Regional Lead supports the Recruit Sustainment and Retention Quality Control (RSP&RQC) support services contract aimed at reducing training pipeline losses of Recruit Warriors preparing for Initial Entry Training and maximizing retention of the existing force.The Regional Lead performs highly efficient and standardized quality control tasks with excellent attention to detail of all forms and documents required of Recruit Warriors, as well as case management of Recruit Warrior records using web-based systems. Additionally, the Regional Lead manages RSP Clerk delivery at RSP sites within their respective Region of coverage in conjunction with State Task Leads.Position RequirementsProvide comprehensive individual Case Management of Recruit Warrior Shipper Packets and IADT readiness/eligibility documentation.Monitor and report individual Recruit Warrior status to Site, State, Command, Regional, and National stakeholders and leaders.Provide training seat management using a web-based scheduling tool (REQUEST).Monitor and acknowledge all Vulcan trouble tickets.Assess and provide immediate Corrective Action to resolve trouble tickets efficiently.Collaboratively work with teammates and RSP and Recruiting and Retention Battalion Military Cadre.Complete, verify, and apply quality assurance, self-inspection, and peer reviews of shipper packets.Utilize standardized processes and checklists to ensure completeness and accuracy of all required forms.Perform peer reviews of work products to maximize quality control throughout the state.Provide accurate and timely data entry and uploads to web-based systems.Support Direct Ship Site operations through all administrative quality control tasks.Comply with user manuals, procedures, policies, and guidance for RSP tasks.Participate in requisite meetings to provide site updates and resolve issues.Engage Recruit Warriors monthly regarding drill attendance and pre-shipping preparations.Monitor Soldiers for potential retention issues.Manage Initial Active-Duty Training ship dates.Support processing of pay documents, promotions, awards, ID cards, and education incentives.Manage daily delivery and quality of RSPC services throughout the Region.Coordinate with Task Leads and Contract Manager to enhance delivery and monitor quality.Qualifications:Possess or ability to obtain a favorable Tier 1 Background Investigation.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Management or related field and 5 years of experience, or Associate Degree in a relevant field with 8 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma with 10 years of relevant experience.A minimum of 3 years of project or program management experience.Familiar with the Recruit Sustainment Program or related military programs.A demonstrated understanding of Data Entry/Case Management platforms and HRISs.Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.Professional interpersonal and communication skills.Preferred:Military experience in recruitment and retention.Graduate Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.Experience with ARNG/DoD HRIS Systems/platforms.Experience managing geo-dispersed teams.PMP or other management credential.At Interactive Government Holdings, Inc.
