The practice was founded over 20 years ago with the goal of providing care to older patients in a positive, compassionate, and relaxed atmosphere.The team includes 6 Primary Care/Geriatrics physicians, 11 Physician Assistants, and 5 Nurse Practitioners.Job Descriptions:We need one full-time NP in the Veteran's Center.We need an NP to work 2 days at the Veteran's Center and 3 days at LTC facilities.Employed Positions:
