My client is a greatly respected Building Automation and Energy Management company. They are actively seeking HVAC Project Managers with Building Automation experience.REQUIREMENTS:
Understand DDC products and their capabilities, research and learn new product lines/updatesUnderstand and accomplish programming and graphic design for HVAC systemsDiagnose and correctly repair building automation controller’s programs and schedulesPerform database uploads and downloads to provide DDC controllers with current programsDesign Microsoft Visio drawings for EMS automation controls and make changes on system graphicsAbility to remote test operation and program with field technicianSet up and configure PC workstations, data servers, IP Networking devices, protocols, etc.Ability to work independently or as part of a team and provide training to end user and building engineering staffMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have prior experience with Tridium/Niagara systems and other DDC systemsTridium or Niagara Certification (preferred)Troubleshooting skills; methodical approach to problem-solving; an analytical mindset combined with the ability to problem solveDemonstrate knowledge of control theory, automatic temperature controls, building automation systems, and other building mechanical subsystems pertaining to HVAC/Control IndustryReview, modify, and implement programming changes to building automation system to ensure efficient and effective system operations and conformance with standards and guidelines.Ability to read, create, modify prints and diagramsMust have time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite programs; understanding of web-based technology; comfort with smartphones/tabletsFor immediate consideration, send a resume to
