We are looking for a professional food and beverage director to be responsible for managing all operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement. This role demands someone with proven skills in project planning, knowledge of current food trends, cocktails, beer and overall enthusiastic individual who is passionate in creating a successful business.To be considered for this role, you should be legally authorized to work in a bar where alcoholic beverages are served and consumed. You should also be available to work in shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays (Blackout Dates for no time off requests may include, but are not limited to: St. Patrick's Day weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, New Years Eve).ResponsibilitiesPreserve excellent levels of internal and external customer serviceIdentify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concernsEstablish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and proceduresProvide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamworkComply with all health and safety regulationsReport on management regarding sales results and productivityQualificationsProject planningMinimum 5 years of training management experienceAdvanced financial understanding and accountabilityPNL input experience preferredProduct ordering and inventory management preferredStrong sense of urgency and attention to detailHospitality and community engagementMulti-Unit experience is a plusNew restaurant openingALOHA P.O.S. knowledge a plusAt least 21 years of ageBasic computer skillsWritten and verbal comprehensionMust have open availability and be willing to work nights and weekends until as late as 5 a.m.Proven food and beverage management experienceWorking knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)Ability to spot and resolve problems efficientlyMastery in delegating multiple tasksCommunication and leadership skillsUp to date with food and beverages trends and best practicesAbility to manage personnel and meet financial targetsGuest-oriented and service-mindedOffering a rich insurance package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life), bonus potential, venue discounts, and competitive pay, 100K+ base salary.
