We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Moreno & Associates, Inc. Account Managers play a crucial role in managing client accounts and ensuring exceptional service delivery. As the primary point of contact for clients, the Account Manager will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services or solutions to meet those needs.Collaborate with internal teams including operations, sales, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of any client issues or concerns.Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.Conduct regular account reviews with clients to evaluate service performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.Prepare and present reports on account status, including performance metrics and client feedback.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities and threats.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all client interactions and service delivery processes.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.Proven experience in account management or client services, preferably in the commercial building maintenance or related industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed.
