A law firm is seeking an Estate and Tax Planning Attorney for their Naples, FL office with 3-8 years of experience. The candidate will provide legal counsel and expertise in estate planning, tax law, and wealth preservation strategies to clients. They will manage complex estate plans, draft legal documents, and offer guidance on tax implications to ensure clients' financial goals are met effectively. Duties:

Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans for clients, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Conduct thorough reviews of clients' financial situations and goals to tailor estate planning strategies accordingly. Advise clients on tax implications for estate planning decisions and develop tax-efficient strategies. Draft legal documents, including trusts, wills, and estate planning agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws. Assist clients in navigating probate proceedings and estate administration matters. Provide legal guidance on asset protection strategies and wealth preservation techniques. Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to deliver holistic solutions to clients. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations relevant to estate planning to ensure compliance and offer informed counsel. Represent clients in legal proceedings related to estate and tax matters, including disputes and litigation. Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Florida State Bar. 3-8 years of experience practicing law, focusing on estate planning and tax law. Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws related to estate planning. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client matters simultaneously. Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services. Certifications:

Certified Estate Planning Law Specialist (CEPLS) certification is preferred but not required. Skills:

Proficiency in legal research and writing. Knowledge of estate planning software and tools. Ability to interpret complex financial documents and tax forms. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills. Familiarity with relevant estate planning and tax software applications.
