£28,000 – £35,000 (DOE) Plus Excellent Benefits PackageThe Role:Our client is a large engineering company who are working within a joint venture delivering Anglian Water’s capital investment programme valued at £1.2bn over the next five years.The Learning and Development Lead role will be key to the delivery of quality learning opportunities and talent development initiatives in support of their empowered people strategic goal. The role will coordinate, develop and deliver high quality learning and talent initiatives across our collaborative organisation.In this role, you will support the design and delivery of Learning and Development programmes and team development to increase the leadership skill set and confidence across the organisation to support the outperformance model. You will also support Talent and Succession mapping, pathways, and planning to enable our organisational growth and resilience.Responsibilities:Support facilitation of sessions, in a virtual environment, and in personLead facilitation of sessionsPlan and arrange sessions, venues & meetingsLearner onboarding for sessions & programmesProactive communication to learners and stakeholders throughout sessions & programmesAnalyze and interpret into easy-to-understand reports/suggestionsWork with the People Development Manager and partner L&D teams to establish specific programmes which will increase the workforce skill set while increasing organisational performancePlan, create and maintain engaging learning material & contentDevelop and own the delivery of a communication plan that provides key timely business updates associated with all aspects of the training programmes and interventions that are developed.Present to Head of HR and Senior Leadership team on key developments and provide a summary of effective changes and feedback received.Build and manage the Partner and internal working relationships to ensure alignment of objectivesWork collaboratively with the Leadership teams and Partner leads to identify, develop and lead on implementation of improvementsBe the coordinator of all development communications, ensuring appropriate branding, content and tone are maintained.Evaluate Learning offerings against agreed KPI’sKeep abreast of latest technologies and trends in and outside of the industryTrial new approaches to L&DImplement different L&D techniques which add value to the end-user and organisationExperience:Willingness to travel across the Anglian region as requiredPlanning and facilitating workshops and presentations with managers and senior stakeholder groupsVirtual meetings/facilitation, using Zoom, Teams or similarL&D Design & Delivery (End to end from Assess to evaluate)Digital and blended learning solutionsTeam DevelopmentExcellent organisational & prioritisation skillsAbility to build effective working relationshipsExperience with Excel, PowerPoint, WordAbility to create reports, streamline processes and data inputAccuracy and attention to detailPackage includes:Agile / Home Working / Hybrid role25 days holiday + Bank HolidaysLife AssuranceHealth and Private medical InsuranceMany more benefits including cycle to work scheme, discounts savings Hub, kids pass etc.
