Seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to Practice in Southern West Virginia!!Hospital employed setting (candidate interested in some medical Cardiology would be a plus, but not required).Joining employed physician – located one mile from hospital campus.Office space available for incoming physician.Current Call: 1 in 5.This is a traditional setting (inpatient/outpatient mix).There is one other active Internist on staff.Reason for need: Dr. who practices general Internal Medicine and does some Cardiology (reads stress tests and echo) is closing his practice to begin work as an ED physician.There is a lot of potential for OP testing for stress tests and echo, and Occupational Medicine (workplace physicals).Competitive financial package to include salary (based on MGMA median), relocation expenses, comprehensive benefits (including vacation, CME, 401k, malpractice insurance), potential for signing/commencement bonus, medical education debt assistance.
