Senior Manager, Site Merchandising

The Hired Guns are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Site Merchandising to join a famous retailer experiencing record success. As Senior Manager of Site Merchandising, you will be responsible for managing overarching site initiatives related to the homepage and special promotions. You will ensure that the customer’s path through the site maximizes conversion to purchase. With the support of your team of three direct reports, you’ll analyze data and draw on key metrics relating to customer behavior, conversion, and revenue to inform your strategy for improvement. You’ll act as a strategic partner to the Site Merchandising team, looking across merchandise categories and thinking about fashion trends.Why You?How you’ll know if you’re a fit…You have a minimum of 4 years of related experience within e-commerce; experience as a manager is a plus. You have a passion for merchandising and partnering cross-functionally to achieve business goals. You put a premium on making data-driven decisions. You’re adept at stakeholder management and know how to navigate a large matrixed environment. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required. You must be extremely internet-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. The ability to multitask and re-prioritize based on business needs is key. You’re organized, detail-oriented, a quick learner, and a team player.
