Health System is seeking a BC/BE Endocrinologist to join a busy outpatient practice/Diabetes Center, recognized by the American Diabetes Center, in Western PA located 1 hour from Pittsburgh and 1.5 hours from Cleveland, Ohio. The center is conveniently located 2 miles from the hospital. The right candidate will provide a mix of inpatient and outpatient care.The Diabetes Center offers individualized treatment programs and education for those with Adult onset Diabetes, Type 1 and 2 diabetes, and Pregnancy-related diabetes. The specialized treatment team provides diabetics and their families with the following services:Diabetic EducationInsulin pump therapyDiabetic nutritional counselingDiabetic counseling through Behavioral Health ServicesA comprehensive compensation package will be offered and may include:Base Salary plus IncentiveCommencement BonusDues, Med License, SubscriptionsRelocation AssistanceMedical Education Assistance/Stipend Assistance
