Psychiatrist - all outpatient, no call, no evenings, no weekends.Compensation:
Range $180,000 - $185,000, with a RVU incentive program in addition ($10,000 guaranteed 1st year).Benefits:
Medical, dental, life and long-term disability provided. Can purchase vision and additional life, as well as short-term disability. Retirement program with match from employer. CME - 40 hours and $3000 in a calendar year; prorated first year if start other than 1/1. Vacation accrues bi-weekly for a total of 120 hours annually; increases at start of year 4 to 160 hours annually. Sick program accrues bi-weekly for 40 hours in a one-year period.Team:
2 child adolescent psychiatrists, 3 other general adult psychiatrists, 7 LCSWs, and a 24/7 Crisis Department.This position is located in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) founded in 1986 in South Central Pennsylvania.The Health Center is situated directly adjacent to I-81 in an attractive, family-oriented, rural setting. Within easy driving distances are several metropolitan areas:Two hours from Washington, DCTwo hours from Baltimore, MDThree hours from Pittsburgh and PhiladelphiaOne hour from Harrisburg, PA, our State CapitalFor those interested in Civil War history, the city is less than one hour from the Gettysburg Battlefield and the Antietam Battlefield in Sharpsburg, MD.The town has a strong history dating back to the early 1700s, and offers excellent public schools as well as numerous private schools that provide K-12 education.
