Adding alternative investments, paired with thorough due diligence and research, can help provide proper diversification to insulate against market volatility.The DepartmentAs a Financial Planner at AlphaCore Wealth Advisory, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining financial plans for our Wealth Advisor team. Your responsibilities will include retaining and growing client relationships through high-touch service, developing comprehensive financial plans, and collaborating with tax and legal advisors to address complex client needs. Additionally, you will work closely with the investment team to construct portfolios aligned with clients’ long-term goals.The Wealth Planner purpose:Ensure outstanding service and customer satisfaction.Develop scalable processes and procedures to support company growth and maximize efficiency.Work closely with the AlphaCore team to employ the investment policies and strategies of AlphaCore.Champion and embody the AlphaCore seven Core Values.The Wealth Planner responsibilities include:Create and update comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth clients.Collaborate with clients’ tax and legal advisors to address complex financial needs.Construct investment portfolios that align with clients’ long-term objectives.Retain and grow client relationships through exceptional service and communication.Embrace and uphold AlphaCore’s seven core values in all interactions and decision-making.Maintain a deep understanding of investment and wealth advisory products and services.Effectively communicate and present financial proposals to clients.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management protocols.Successfully complete Series 65 or Series 66 exam, if not already certified.Required
:Multi-tasker and flexible: Able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and adjust priorities for self and staff as neededExperience working with major custodians such as Schwab and/or FidelityBachelor’s degree in a related fieldProven experience in financial planning and proficiency with related toolsStrong relationship management skills and credibility to make persuasive recommendations to sophisticated, high-net-worth clientsDeveloped investment knowledge and expertise with a deep understanding of financial marketsEffective written and verbal communication skills for preparing professional proposals and presentationsSound knowledge of operations, regulatory compliance, and risk managementNo history of securities regulation violations or pending proceedingsStrong problem solving, analytical, and project management skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office productsExperience with Black Diamond, Salesforce, eMoney and iCapital PortalUnderstanding of alternative investment subscription documents and private placement memorandumsExperience at a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firmJob Type:
