The ideal candidate will possess strong legal research and writing skills, a record of academic excellence, and preferably be admitted to practice in PA, NY, NJ, and D.C.Duties:Handle commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.Provide legal counsel on cybersecurity and data privacy issues.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on case strategy.Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediation.Maintain client relationships and provide excellent client service.Requirements:Minimum of 4+ years of experience in commercial litigation at a law firm.IAPP CIPP/US certification preferred.Experience with cybersecurity and data privacy issues preferred.Strong legal research and writing skills.Demonstrated record of academic excellence.Admission to practice law in PA, NY, NJ, and/or D.C. preferred.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:IAPP CIPP/US certification preferred.Skills:Proficiency in legal research methods and tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.Job Location:
