With more than 130 years of financial experience and over 22,000 partners, we serve the world’s most sophisticated clients using leading technology and exceptional service.The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for supporting Northern Trust’s ongoing Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) strategies and Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (CAAP). The Senior Analyst will also be involved in monthly/quarterly/annual planning and reporting processes along with ad hoc financial analyses for Senior and Executive Management.Responsibilities:

Execute the ongoing maintenance of FTP reporting and strategies.Support the analysis and execution of Northern Trust’s capital adequacy activities.Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends and insights and make strategic recommendations to optimize performance.Evaluate compliance with regulatory and internal requirements around FTP and capital adequacy.Monitor industry changes that may impact FTP or capital adequacy and adjust strategies accordingly.Prepare presentations and complete documentation of related processes and results for various stakeholders.Conduct a range of regular and ad hoc financial analyses with both internal and external data.Support work between Finance Technology, Capital Adequacy, Treasury, and Business Units.Experience:

A college or university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Math, Engineering, or other quantitative field; MBA or CFA a plus5-7 years of experience in FinancePrevious experience with FTP concepts and/or Capital ManagementFamiliarity with bank balance sheets and income statementsProficient in Microsoft 360 Suite; Power BI and Copilot expertise a plusExcellent analytical and quantitative skills, critical thinking, investigative problem-solving and decision-making talentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWorking with Us:
