This is a full time (0.8-1.0), salaried-exempt Director of Obstetrics position in the Mother/Baby department.The Obstetrics Director is a qualified professional with appropriate clinical training and leadership experience. He/she is responsible for clinical direction, quality outcomes, and financial health of their service line. Director roles are house-wide, functional, and multidisciplinary and service oriented. The Director follows the established leadership principles at Community Medical Center. Accepts leadership as a sacred trust, exhibits a pride of ownership, customer focused, strategically oriented, demonstrated teamwork, and delegates appropriately.Minimum Qualifications
