Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of nursing operations, ensuring high-quality care delivery, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.Duties
Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to resident rights, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements.Manage nursing shifts effectively, including staffing assignments and scheduling.Review and approve nursing documentation for accuracy and completeness.Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.Utilize strong knowledge of physiology to guide nursing practices.Oversee Medicare compliance and billing processes.Lead nursing administration activities, including budgeting and resource allocation.Provide guidance on home care services and support programs.Skills
Proven experience in supervising nursing staff and managing shifts effectively.Strong understanding of documentation review and Medicare regulations.Knowledge of nursing administration practices and care plan development.Familiarity with resident rights, HIPAA, and home care services.Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide the nursing team efficiently.Job Type:
