Guarantee:

40 hours

Pay Rate:

$69-71/hr on W2; $86/hr on 1099

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures

Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to clinical standards

Coordinate with medical providers to deliver comprehensive patient care

Oversee the maintenance of accurate medical records and care plans

Ensure compliance with Medicare, MDS, and HIPAA regulations

Manage nursing budgets and resources effectively

Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) license

Proven experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in a nursing home setting

In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare systems, and regulatory requirements

Strong understanding of MDS assessments and care planning processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead and mentor a team of nursing professionals

Proficiency in supervising staff and managing day-to-day nursing operations
