Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and enforce nursing policies and procedures.
Monitor and improve patient care quality and ensure regulatory compliance.
Manage the nursing department’s budget and resources.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s Degree preferred.
Licensure:
Current RN license in NM.
Experience:
10 years of clinical experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

$69.00 per hour
