OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will lead our nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and compliance with all regulatory requirements.Responsibilities

Oversee all nursing staff and operations within the facilityDevelop and implement nursing policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with all state and federal regulationsManage nursing budgets and resources effectivelyCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient careProvide leadership in staff training, development, and performance evaluationsParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomesQualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferredActive Registered Nurse (RN) licenseProven experience in nursing administration, preferably in acute care settingsStrong knowledge of Medicare regulations and MDS assessmentsProficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiologyDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage shifts effectivelyPreferred SkillsExperience in home health or long-term care settingsJoin our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients through your leadership as a Director of Nursing.Job Type:
