As the Director of Pool and Beach Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our pool and beach areas. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction of these facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pool and beach management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team to deliver world-class service.Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of pool and beach areas.Oversee a team, providing leadership, training, and ongoing development.Implement and monitor pool and beachside services, including food and beverage offerings.Coordinate and execute Beach Club Activities and Beach Club related Food and Beverage offerings.Qualifications
Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions. High School Diploma preferred.Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing pool and beach operations.CPR and First Aid certification is required.Blue Card certification.Food Handling Safety Certification.Leadership skills to manage a team of over 30 employees.Additional Information
