Interventional Cardiology Opportunity in Western PA – Near Altoona & Pittsburgh!!
We are seeking an experienced Interventional Cardiologist to join our hospital-employed practice in Western PA, near Altoona and Pittsburgh. This position is available due to the retirement of a physician. You will be part of a busy outpatient and inpatient practice, focusing on consulting only, with opportunities to interpret ECGs, echos, and nuclear studies.The facility features a well-equipped but underutilized cath lab, and there are currently no other invasive cardiologists or interventional radiologists on staff. A full-time Endovascular Surgeon is eager to establish a clinical partnership. You will play a key role in the community hospital's efforts to launch an interventional program without open heart surgery on site. The hospital includes a ten-bed multipurpose ICU and a large telemetry unit.We offer educational loan forgiveness, a signing bonus, and relocation expenses.
